Can I pay over the phone?

yes, you can and we accept all major debit and credit cards, please call us on 0845 299 4003 and speak to one of our customer service team, who will be able to take payment and process your order for you.

When will my item arrive?

All our items are made-to order individually, and therefore Typical Delivery is 5-10 working days. We will always e-mail customers if delivery is expected to be more than 10 days, immediately after purchase, so that if you like - you can change your mind.

What if I need my item sooner than that?

If you need an item quickly, please e-mail us before you buy and we can usually meet your deadline. We can also send 24hr delivery, rather than the 48hr standard service.

You have sent me an e-mail to say your item is out of stock - why was it available for purchase?

We cater for a wide range of customers including trade both in the UK and internationally both thorugh the website, our premesis and privately. Occassionally there can be delays with materials / suppliers which can have an unavoidable effect on our turnaround. We will always contact you if your item is out of stock and you can always change your mind.

What will happen now then?

We will e-mail you, giving you an estimated delivery date and if the date is not satisfactory, the option to recieve a refund. Your item will be despatched as soon as it comes back into stock.

What if I need to return my item?

We don't like you to be unhappy so if for any reason you wish to return your item, you can do so and receive a refund or exchange. Postage costs cannot be refunded.

Can I have my item in a different size or colour?

Of course you can. Most wall hangings and cushions are available in other colours and we can make to almost any size you wish! Just e-mail us with your requirements and we will send you a quote.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the UK is £10 recorded delivery for wall art and £5 for cushions no matter how small or large your order. Combined postage is £10, and you only ever pay £10 maximum. International shipping for Eurpoe and USA is set at a flat rate of £40 for wall hangings. Buyers should bear in mind that this is a door to door courrier service for large items, and this is reflected in the price. Our items are large and bulky to carry. If you are from outside Europe / USA and would like a shipping quote please contact us and we will happily give you a quote for your destination.
